What is WASP?

How WASP Works

1. Customer places an order

WASP automatically receives the order details once checkout is completed.

2. Confirmation message

WASP sends a WhatsApp message summarizing the order and asking them to confirm or cancel if it's Cash On Delivery.

3. Merchant updates the order

Based on the customer’s reply, the merchant can proceed with fulfillment or cancel the order before shipping.
