Fireloop Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fireloop application and services (the "Service") provided by LevLocal LLC, located in Cairo, Egypt ("LevLocal", "we", "our", or "us").

By installing, accessing, or using Fireloop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Fireloop is a software application that integrates with Shopify and enables merchants to manage and operate recurring subscription payments through Paymob.

Fireloop provides automation tools that allow merchants to create and manage subscription-based billing workflows.

Fireloop does not process or hold payment funds. All payments are processed by Paymob or other third-party payment providers selected by the merchant.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Operate a valid Shopify store

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms

By installing or using Fireloop, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are solely responsible for:

  • The products or services they sell

  • The accuracy of subscription terms presented to customers

  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Compliance with Shopify policies

  • Compliance with Paymob payment policies

Merchants are responsible for resolving disputes with their customers.

LevLocal is not responsible for customer disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or merchant business operations.

4. Third-Party Services

Fireloop relies on integrations with third-party services including but not limited to:

  • Shopify

  • Paymob

These services are governed by their own terms and policies.

LevLocal is not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of third-party services.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Paymob or other configured payment providers.

Fireloop does not collect or store sensitive payment card information.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Fireloop operates on a monthly subscription pricing model.

Each subscription plan includes a maximum number of orders processed per month, depending on the package selected by the merchant.

Merchants agree to pay the subscription fees associated with their chosen plan.

Fees are billed through the billing mechanism configured within the Fireloop application.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension or limitation of Service features.

6. Refund Policy

All subscription payments made for Fireloop are non-refundable.

LevLocal does not provide refunds for:

  • Partial billing periods

  • Unused features

  • Downgrades or cancellations

Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time, but access to paid features may continue only until the end of the current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fireloop to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities

  • Sell illegal products or services

  • Circumvent payment regulations

  • Operate deceptive or abusive subscription models

  • Violate Shopify or Paymob policies

  • Conduct money laundering or financial abuse

LevLocal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Data Handling

Fireloop may process limited merchant and customer data necessary to operate the Service, including:

  • Customer names

  • Subscription information

  • Order data

  • Webhook event data

  • Payment status data

Fireloop does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

Payment information is processed by Paymob or other payment providers.

Merchants remain responsible for their compliance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Service Availability

Fireloop is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

LevLocal does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service

  • error-free operation

  • compatibility with all Shopify themes or configurations

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevLocal shall not be liable for:

  • lost profits

  • lost revenue

  • lost business opportunities

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • data loss

  • payment failures caused by third-party providers

In all cases, LevLocal's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the merchant for Fireloop during the previous three (3) months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LevLocal, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • your use of the Service

  • your products or services

  • disputes with your customers

  • violations of these Terms

12. Termination

LevLocal may suspend or terminate access to Fireloop at any time if:

  • these Terms are violated

  • the Service is abused

  • fraudulent or illegal activity is detected

  • the merchant violates Shopify or Paymob policies

Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.

13. Modifications to the Terms

LevLocal may update these Terms periodically.

When changes occur, the updated version will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of Fireloop after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Egypt.
